Maryanne Leiva is a law clerk at Montesino Law. She is currently a third-year law student at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she is a research editor on the Florida Law Review. She previously worked as a tax intern and gained experience in various legal tax topics related to increasing profitability while minimizing tax consequences for large businesses. Maryanne is a magna cum laude graduate of Florida International University, where she studied accounting. Since the beginning of her career, she has maintained a strong interest in business and has worked extensively in analyzing both the technical and legal aspects of business structures.
